Tubes in Safurex® material for urea production
By using high strength stainless steel with higher corrosion resistance in a production plant for urea the energy consumption in the production process can be reduced by 7%. This corresponds to 265,000 tons of CO2 for the tube system's lifetime compared to conventional stainless steel materials.
