Standard:UNS R52400 | ASTM Grade 7
An unalloyed titanium grade with standard oxygen content and addition of palladium (0.12–0.25%).
Standard:UNS R 60702
A zirconium grade characterized by immunity to stress corrosion cracking and high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The grade has very good corrosion resistance in, for example, several types of acids and moderate mechanical strength.
Standard:UNS N06690
An austenitic nickel-chromium-iron (NiCrFe) alloy used primarily for steam generators in nuclear power plants (PWR). The grade is also suitable for use in caustic environments and nitric acid.
Standard:UNS S31603, S31600 | ASTM TP316L, TP316 | EN number 1.4435, 1.4436
An austenitic stainless steel with a low carbon content alloyed with min. 2.5% molybdenum.
Standard:UNS N08029 | ASTM B668-05
Sanicro® 29 is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel for service in highly corrosive conditions. Sanicro® 29 was originally developed as an alternative to Sanicro® 28, with improved localized corrosion resistance where the environment contains high chloride concentrations. With the addition of molybdenum the PRE (Pitting Resistance Equivalent) has been increased from ≥38 for Sanicro® 28, to ≥42.
Standard:
A high-temperature thermoplastic polyamide bondcoat.
Bond TT is a high temperature thermoplastic polyamide bondcoat, that exhibits good bond strength after activation with heat at 170-180°C. Bond TT can also be activated with solvent. This allows windings that maintain their shape until permanently bonded with heat. The recommended solvent for activation of this material is isopropyl alcohol.
A high-temperature thermoset epoxy bondcoat.
A class H modified polyester resin.
Bond CJL is a high temperature thermoplastic polyester bondcoat, that exhibits good bond strength after activation with heat at 170-190°C. Bond CJL can also be activated with solvent. This allows windings that maintain their shape until permanently bonded with heat. The recommended solvents for activation of this material are acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
