A high-alloy austenitic stainless steel characterized by very high corrosion resistance in strong acids, very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion as well as high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Several product forms available:
Standard:UNS R52400 | ASTM Grade 7
An unalloyed titanium grade with standard oxygen content and addition of palladium (0.12–0.25%).
Standard:UNS R50250 | ASTM Grade 1
An unalloyed titanium grade with low oxygen content.
Standard:UNS R50400 | ASTM Grade 2
An unalloyed titanium grade with standard oxygen content.
UNS N08825 | ASTM 825, Alloy 825
A nickel alloy characterized by very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride and sour (H2S/Cl-) environments and very good resistance to corrosion resistance in acidic media such as sulphuric acid.
UNS N08810/N08811 | EN number 1.4959, 1.4959/1.4876
An austenitic nickel-iron-chromium steel for high-temperature applications. The grade is characterized by high creep strength, very good resistance to oxidation, carburization and good resistance to nitrogen absorption.
A modified polyester resin with additional Nylon overcoat.
A fast running, general purpose, Class 155 polyurethane enamel.
A polyurethane wire enamel with additional Polyamide overcoat.
An enamel is made from vinyl acetal resins.
