Ethylene furnace tubes in Alleima® 353 MA*, a material characterized by high creep strength and high resistance against carburization. Combined with very good oxidation properties at high temperatures, the use of Alleima® 353 MA tubes can contribute to longer production runs before decoking.
Alleima ethylene furnace tubes are supplied in a wrought condition and with a smooth or finned design, both bringing efficiency benefits when used for steam cracking furnace tubes in ethylene production.
100% ultrasonic test
All Alleima ethylene furnace tubes are 100% ultrasonically tested to ensure that they are free from defects such as micro cracks, which significantly contributes to reduced decoking rate.
