UNS S32750 | EN number 1.4410
A super-duplex (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel characterized by excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, high resistance to general corrosion and very high mechanical strength.
Several product forms available:
A family of hardened and tempered martensitic chromium steels used for a wide range of precision components.
Standard:UNS S42026 | EN number (1.4031)*
A martensitic stainless steel alloyed with molybdenum that after hardening is characterized by very good corrosion resistance and high toughness. The grade is typically used for cutters in electrical shavers and springs.
A hardened and tempered carbon steel with moderate tensile strength.
UNS S31703 | ASTM 317L, TP317L | EN number 1.4438
An austenitic stainless steel with a high molybdenum content. The grade is characterized by improved resistance to general and pitting corrosion in comparison with ASTM 316L.
Sulfone polymers are high-heat plastics with a clear advantage. These amorphous thermoplastics offer more toughness, strength and hydrolytic stability than many other transparent plastics. They withstand prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and temperatures – handling a broad range of end-use temperatures from -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F).
Aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) are unique resins which exhibit excellent solvent resistance and biostability. We have developed processing techniques to allow the application of this material on our alloy offerings and it can be applied at thicknesses as thin as 2.5 microns.
A modified polyester resin with additional Nylon overcoat.
A fast running, general purpose, Class 155 polyurethane enamel.
A polyurethane wire enamel with additional Polyamide overcoat.
