Our superheater tube and reheater tube materials cover all types of fuel, such as coal, gas, oil, black liquor and biomass. The Alleima portfolio also includes composite tubes consisting of two different alloys fully bonded together.

Increased efficiency in coal-fired power boilers

Our new material Sanicro^® 25 is engineered for the next generation of coal-fired power boilers, contributing to significantly greater efficiency and sharply lower CO₂ emissions. Sanicro^® 28 (UNS 08028, EN 1.4563)	Radiant syngas coolers in IGCC gasification. Superheater tubes in boilers with corrosive conditions. The high chromium content of Sanicro^® 28 contributes to high gas corrosion resistance.
Sanicro^® 30 (UNS N08800)	Radiant syngas coolers in IGCC gasification.
Esshete 1250 (EN 1.4982)	Superheater and reheater tubes in sub-critical and supercritical coal-fired, biomass and other boilers. Esshete 1250 has higher creep strength than most other alloys.
