Sandvik to highlight tube and pipe consistency at Tube 2014, Düsseldorf
Sandvik will ask, "How reliable is your tubing?" on its stand at Tube 2014, so that visitors can fully appreciate the standard of tubular products they are buying and subsequently understand the operational limitations.
Sandvik Materials Technology will exhibit its high-alloy stainless steel tubes for high-temperature applications in the steel and lime industries at Tube 2014, at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany (7 – 11 April 2014) on Stand: E47, Hall: 03.
Seamless tube and pipe innovations will be on display that are developed for process plants, chemical, petrochemical, refineries, pulp and paper and power generation plants. The grades are used in reactors, coolers, condensers, boilers and heat exchangers, and hydraulic and instrumentation tubing.
"Our seamless tube products not only meet but exceed the standard to ensure customers obtain the best operational reliability, corrosion resistance, cleanliness, hardness control and dimensional tolerances," said Michael Andersson, head of Product Area Tube, Sandvik.
Sandvik Sanmac™ duplex bar and hollow bar will also be shown. These products optimize machining characteristics for component production and offer increased productivity while reducing waste and operational costs.
Sandvik material experts will be available throughout Tube 2014 to advise on material grades and their suitability for specific applications for improved energy efficiency, production consistency and safety benefits.
