Meet Sanicro® 35

A new alloy. An all-round solution. A bridge to new opportunities.

Sanicro® 35 is the latest grade addition to our growing portfolio of nickel alloys and austenitic stainless steels. This super-austenitic grade is unique because it bridges the performance gaps between stainless steels and higher cost nickel alloys.

From hydraulic and instrumentation tubing to heat exchangers, Sanicro® 35 is a high-performance alternative to conventional materials that minimizes risk and extends production lifecycles in demanding environments.

Superior corrosion-resistance

Sanicro® 35 is designed for extremely corrosive environments and seawater applications from subzero to extreme temperatures. It’s a more cost-efficient choice for minimizing risk and extending production lifecycles when battling corrosion, particularly pitting and crevice corrosion.

Ease of fabrication

Sanicro® 35 delivers a high mechanical yield strength with ease of fabrication, good ductility, and high structural stability. The excellent formability of this new grade permits cold bending to tight bending radii. Cutting, turning, drilling and milling are also easier than with tough nickel alloy tubing.

Take a closer look at the best of both worlds:

In addition, it’s sustainably produced with more than 80 percent recycled steel in a highly efficient, fully integrated production process using a Nordic fossil-free energy mix while meeting all key international quality standards.
