Sanicro® 625 (Several product forms available)
UNS N06625 | ASTM UNS N06625 Grade 1 | EN number 2.4856
Sanicro® 625 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy characterized by:
- Extremely good corrosion resistance in widely varying acidic and chloride containing environments
- High strength
- Excellent fabrication properties.
Sanicro® 625 can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -196°C to 815°C (-321°F to 1500°F). Typical uses include hydraulic and instrumentation systems, heat-exchangers and high-temperature applications. However, it should be noted that prolonged exposure to temperatures above 600°C (1100°F) may lead to embrittlement.
Sanicro® 48 is an austenitic nickel-base alloy for highly corrosive OCTG downhole applications. The grade is characterized by:
- Excellent resistance to sulfide stress cracking and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in chloride and sour (H2S/Cl) environments
- Very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
Poly 180B and Nylon Product form:Wire insulations and coatings
Poly 180B is a Thermal Class 180 polyurethane wire enamel that meets the requirements of NEMA MW1000, 82-C or 83-C (when applied with a Nylon overcoat, Poly 180B/Nylon). The Nylon top coat is applied to reduce the coefficient of friction during winding and/or insertion.
