Sandvik HIP products acquired by MTC

Sandvik’s HIP products has been acquired by MTC from April 6, 2020. Over the coming months MTC will be integrating the Sandvik portfolio, to provide a smooth transition for customers. During the integration period, the full line of Sandvik HIP products will continue to be accessible on this website, or via the MTC website.

Quality management

Sandvik Materials Technology has quality management systems approved by internationally recognized organizations. We hold, for example, the ASME Quality Systems Certificate as a Materials Organization, approval to ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 17025, and PED 97/23/EC, as well as product approvals from TÜV, JIS and Lloyd's Register.

Sandvik utilizes powder metallurgically based hot isostatic pressing (PM HIP) technology for its near-net shape products.
